All artwork, images, and content on this site belong to Kaylie Wiley Art and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission. Buying an original or a print gives you ownership of that physical piece, not the right to reproduce the image.

Shipping & Returns 

Shipping

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Shipping is free on every order within the United States. You’ll get an email with tracking once your piece is on its way.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in the Dallas area. Choose Local Pickup at checkout and I’ll email you to set up a time and place.

Returns

Every piece is one of a kind, so all sales are final. I don’t accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged in Shipping

I pack every piece carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, contact me through the Contact page within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the piece and the packaging. I’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.
